Why can I not attach an .EXE file? |

For security reasons, it is not possible to attach any executable file (.EXE; .COM; .BAT; .PIF; .DLL; .CPL). You will need to compress the file using a program such as WinZip. |

I do not see all my tasks. Why not? |

You might need to check the view settings. Click View in the main window and click View All Tasks. |

I cannot find a user in the directory search. |

If a user has unchecked the "List my profile in the users directory." box in his or her user profile, that account will not be available for the directory search. |

How do I get access to a task that has been completed? |

Once a task is completed/killed/rejected/etc., it will disappear from the Task Monitor. However, you are able to view all tasks created by clicking Online Reports in the Views menu. |

Does the program work on MACs? |

No. At this time, the program is not available for Macintosh systems. |
